Audrey discovered her love for music at a young age through piano, flute, and voice lessons, but the flute was always her favorite! Her passion turned to a career dream during her participation in the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony during their tour of Italy and her solo performance with the McKeesport Symphony Orchestra as Young Artist Competition winner.

She went on to attain a Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Studies Degree in Flute Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, studying with Joshua Smith and Mary Kay Fink of the Cleveland Orchestra. Currently, Audrey performs in the Cleveland community, mainly working with living composers to bring their new musical works to life and to perform chamber music with her students.

Audrey first began teaching after graduating college and has really developed a passion for leading her students to success. She has established a private studio comprised of young musicians across both sides of the city, and her students earn top positions in their school and community music programs.

When she’s not teaching and performing, Audrey enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and her 20-pound cat, Moose.
